Fast removal request for publishers
If you are the app publisher or an authorized representative and simply want a listing removed, email us with the listing URL, your relationship to the app, and a verifiable company contact. We may temporarily disable the disputed link while reviewing the request.
This voluntary route does not require you to prepare a formal DMCA notice.
Copyright takedown notice
For a formal copyright complaint, include enough information for us to identify the work, locate the material, verify your authority, and respond to you:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
- The exact zavdrix URL and a clear description of the material or external link you want removed.
- Your name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens after a request
We review whether the request identifies the rights holder, the affected page, and the disputed material. When appropriate, zavdrix may remove the listing, replace an image or description, or disable an external download link. We may contact the sender for missing information and retain a record to handle repeat complaints.
Counter-notices and mistakes
If content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected contributor may contact us with supporting information. We will review the dispute before deciding whether anything should be restored. Knowingly sending false claims or counter-claims can have legal consequences.
Scope
zavdrix is an independent discovery catalog. Removing a zavdrix page or link does not remove material hosted by third-party services. Requests concerning files hosted elsewhere should also be sent directly to the relevant hosting provider.
